Update on simple things...
I am still a non-smoker, I think it's been a year and 5 months...
I decided in mid December to do something about my post-smoking weight gain and enrolled in LA Weight Loss. I'm not going the route with having to purchase and eat their bars so it's a slow and steady loss. That's an interesting situation in itself. . .
With the diet alone, I am now officially NOT overweight as I have dropped into the 150s.
Not to be complacent, I have 15 more pounds to loose to reach to my goal, so to complement the diet, I joined Contours Express and have been ripping off the padding from the outside while the diet takes care of the inside :)
Every little bit helps.
